Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking dedicated team members to join our Burlington, VT team as a Kitchen Remodeler/Apprentice to work on kitchen remodeling projects. You’ll start with paid training and a direct three-month track toward team lead with pay increases, while earning health insurance contributions and paid time off.

No prior paid experience is required; we value mechanical skills or home project experience.

• Arrive on site on time and follow project manager instructions.
• Follow Trustpoints on every project and job site.
• Keep work area clean and tidy; daily cleanup.
• Communicate progress to the project manager daily.
• Work quickly and efficiently on remodeling tasks.

Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking dedicated team members to join our team as a Kitchen Remodeler/Apprentice to work on kitchen remodeling projects.

Who WE Are:

• Compensation is hourly plus bonus


• Pay increase with passing Kitchen Tune-Up certifications


• Direct THREE-month track to team lead with pay increase

What You'll Do:

• Arrive to jobsite on time


• Follow instructions given by project manager


• Follow Trustpoints on every project and job site


• Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily


• Communicate with project manager daily about progress


• Work quickly and efficiently

Who You Are:

• No paid experience needed, looking for mechanical skills or home project experience


• Excellent Communication skills (so you know what to do / we know what was done)


• Attention to detail


• Ability to safely operate power hand tools (table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, nail gun)


• Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time

Our Hiring Process

• In 24 hours, phone interview


• In 48 hours, in-person interview


• In 5-7 days, offer letter and lunch with the owner
