Kitchen Tune-Up Burlington, VT is seeking a Kitchen Remodeler/Apprentice to join our growing team. You’ll work on kitchen remodeling projects, arrive on time to the jobsite, and follow the project manager’s instructions to keep work progressing smoothly.

No paid experience is required; we value mechanical skills or home project experience. Paid training, mentorship, and certification tracks lead to pay increases.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to understand instructions and report progress.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.
• Ability to safely operate power hand tools (e.g., table saw, band saw, router, nail gun).
• Must take pride in delivering a job well done the first time.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the jobsite on time.
• Follow instructions from the project manager.
• Follow Trustpoints on every project and job site.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly; clean up daily.
• Communicate progress to the project manager daily.

Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking dedicated team members to join our team as a Kitchen Remodeler/Apprentice to work on kitchen remodeling projects.

Who WE Are:

• Compensation is hourly plus bonus


• Pay increase with passing Kitchen Tune-Up certifications


• Direct THREE-month track to team lead with pay increase
