Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC is hiring a Kitchen Quality Control Associate in Minooka, IL to ensure products meet quality and safety standards. The role requires a high school diploma, good communication, and attention to detail.

You will oversee warehouse QA, prepare reports, coordinate with clients by email, and support GMP and food safety compliance. This full-time position offers medical, dental, and vision benefits and weekend/night flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications.
• Good communications skills.
• Experience in inventory control or related function.
• Detail-oriented with excellent people skills.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and work flexible weekends/nights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse products for Quality Assurance.
• Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
• Corresponding with Client through Emails.
• Proper email etiquettes.
• Enforce plant quality standards.
• Oversee and maintain the Company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components.
• Purchase Orders for warehouse materials.
• Ensure that all quality assurance programs and procedures are being implemented correctly.
• Knowledge of compliance to Federal, State and local regulations.
• Increase awareness and evaluation of GMP's.
• Follow all food Safety Requirements' and Good Manufacturing Practices as applicable to this position.
• Establish standards of service for client.
• Daily tasks include, complaints, warehouse temps, weight/scale calibrations, TempTales, Daily and weekly reports.
• Perform other related duties in the department as assigned from time to time by the supervisor.
