WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
JOB TYPE – Permanent
HOURS - 40 hours per week /Benefits Eligible
SHIFTS – Fully open work schedule including evenings and weekends; schedules are published one month in advance
The pay range for this role is $26.97 - $38.50

QUALIFICATIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily kitchen operations at IKEA Restaurant, Bistro, and Co-worker restaurant, including inventory, purchasing, waste management, and invoicing.
Ensure IKEA Food Safety and Operating Standards are met to support brand consistency.
Train and manage Food Production and Dishroom Co-workers to deliver positive guest experiences.
Audit and maintain equipment in production and serving areas.
Prepare and maintain menu items according to specifications.
Implement and monitor food safety training and prerequisites.
Ensure all food operations comply with IKEA and local safety and quality standards.
