Overview

We are seeking a Kitchen Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with safety and quality standards while overseeing production staff and workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure optimal workflow and productivity
• Conduct morning roll call and pre-operational inspections, including ATP and allergen swabbing
• Set up and manage production lines to ensure efficient processing
• Ensure proper ingredient rotation and accurate material movement using internal systems
• Verify raw materials and maintain accurate Batch Control Records (BCR)
• Ensure production teams follow recipes and SKU-specific requirements
• Maintain consistent supply of ingredients to assembly lines
• Monitor production accuracy through weight checks and QA verifications
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Supervise SKU changeovers, including cleaning and sanitizing procedures
• Conduct daily inspections of workstations, equipment, and facility cleanliness
• Enforce PPE usage and employee hygiene standards
• Minimize Work in Process (WIP) and ensure proper storage of finished goods within temperature guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior leadership experience in food production or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Refrigerated environment (32–36°F)
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 2 hours at a time)
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and overtime as needed
