Skyline Chili, LLC seeks a Food Production team member to assist in kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, timely service, and cleanliness. You will handle recipes, food prep, and production while working across dish, fryer, grill, and expeditor roles as needed.

The role requires high school diploma, 18+ years old, and strong teamwork and communication to serve guests in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Customer service oriented; food quality focused.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse staff and guest base effectively.
• Availability to work all shifts necessary to operate. Hours vary depending upon work efficiencies and other job demands.
• Basic computer skills.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Able to work in a fast paced, full-service restaurant.

Responsabilités

• Assist in kitchen areas to ensure food quality, service times, cleanliness, recipes, and food production.
• Cooperate with supervisors and policies to maintain a safe and secure kitchen environment.
• Prepare and deliver food to guests within standard timeframes and according to recipes and specifications.
• Follow service standards and maintain back-of-house and exterior cleanliness.
• Work on dish, fryers, grills, food prep and expeditor roles as needed.
