Job summary

Skyline Chili, LLC is seeking a Dish Tank Operator to support kitchen operations, ensuring quality and timely service. This role involves dish tank work primarily, with occasional tasks on fryers, grills, prep, and expeditor duties.

The incumbent will follow recipes and safety procedures, cooperate with supervisors, and contribute to a clean, efficient kitchen environment. Flexibility for various shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Customer service oriented; food quality focused.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse staff and guest base effectively.
• Availability to work all shifts; hours vary by business needs.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with supervisors and policies to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
• Ensure quality products are made to recipes and specifications.
• Deliver food to guests within standard time frames.
• Maintain back-of-house and exterior cleanliness.
• Work on Dish, Fryers, Grills, Food Prep and expeditor positions as needed.
• Check in all food and product orders.
• Assist in food preparation and serving of guests.
• Comply with all federal and state laws and kitchen policies.
• Participate in training programs, marketing programs and new store openings.
• Join daily employee meetings with the kitchen staff.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and perform all hourly kitchen duties.
