Job summary

Super Taco is seeking a reliable BOH Prep / Utility team member for a part-time role in a fast-paced kitchen. You will support cooks, the Lead Cook, and the General Manager to ensure smooth operations and maintain high food safety standards.

If you enjoy hands-on work and growth in a full-service restaurant, you belong on our team. Responsibilities include food prep, station setup, adherence to guidelines, and collaboration with team to deliver timely service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen, restaurant, or food service environment preferred.
• Familiarity with food preparation, cooking procedures, and safe kitchen equipment use.
• Ability to multitask, follow written and verbal instructions, and self-motivate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality ingredients and menu items according to guidelines and recipes.
• Set up and stock prep and cook stations with necessary supplies.
• Ensure all foods are prepared to proper temperatures and quality standards.
• Assist with catering tasks when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas and equipment.
