Super Taco is seeking a reliable BOH Prep / Utility team member for part-time shifts in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will support cooks, Lead Cook, and the General Manager to ensure smooth kitchen operations and uphold high standards in food preparation and safety.

Responsibilities include food preparation, station setup, and assisting with training and cross-functional tasks to keep service efficient. Ability to work weekends/holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or food service preferred.
• Familiarity with food preparation, cooking procedures, and safe kitchen equipment use.
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a current food handlers card.

Responsabilités

• Prepare ingredients and items per recipes and guidelines.
• Set up and stock prep and cook stations with supplies.
• Ensure foods are prepared to proper temperatures and quality standards.
• Assist with catering tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas.
