Fogo de Chão in Miami is hiring a Kitchen Prep team member to support our churrasco dining experience. You will assist with the preparation and presentation of salad bar items, sides and desserts, following our recipes and standards.

You will help maintain high-quality inventory and fresh produce, manage storage and expiration dates, and ensure cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience in kitchen prep or food service preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and present salad bar items, sides, and desserts per recipe efficiently.
• Maintain high quality of inventory and fresh produce.
• Manage inventory levels and storage area.
• Track expiration dates on all products.
• Keep kitchen equipment and areas clean.
• Complete opening or closing shift duties as directed.
