Qualifications

• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace and weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures that inventory and fresh produce meet high standards.
• Manages inventory levels and storage; tracks expiration dates.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Completes opening/closing duties as directed by management.
