Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality foods and baked goods per planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report verifying transactions.
• Ensure proper storage of food in sanitary conditions.
• Serve food according to schedules and procedures.
• Use and care of kitchen equipment, especially knives.
• Timely preparation of various foods and beverages.
• Add garnishments for appeal and customer happiness.
• Coordinate major cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and equipment.
• Follow food safety regulations for sanitation and handling.
• Adhere to uniform policy and daily kitchen routines.
• Communicate with manager to plan daily menu.
• Maintain clean, organized work and storage areas.
• Scrub counters, sanitize steam tables and equipment.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, and ware washing per procedures.
• Manage garbage collection sites neatly and safely.
• May perform additional duties in other kitchen areas.
