Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to assist with meal preparation, maintain sanitation, and help with daily reporting and records. The role supports the manager in preparing the daily menu and ensuring quality, safety, and a clean kitchen environment.

The position requires completing daily reports, adhering to food safety regulations, and following established kitchen procedures while maintaining a fast-paced workflow.

Qualifications

• Food Service Certificate as needed.
• Sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Be able to work quickly and concisely under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations for sanitation, food handling, and storage.
• Coordinate and assist in major cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and cooking and serving equipment.
• Connect with the Manager daily to understand and accurately prepare menu for the day.
• Maintain a clean and organized work and storage area.
