Job summary

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Kitchen Prep team member in the United States. You will assist in preparing and presenting salad bar items, side dishes and desserts, following recipes and maintaining high quality.

Full-time positions include medical, dental and vision insurance starting after 60 days, plus company-paid life insurance and short-term disability. Part-time options and voluntary benefits are also available; pay starts at 18.45 rising to 21.45 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures that the quality of all inventory and fresh produce are of the highest standards.
• Proper management of inventory levels including the storage area.
• Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Completes any beginning or closing shift duties as directed by management.
