Job summary

Guest Services is seeking a Food Prep/Server to support kitchen operations in our Lakeland, FL facility. You will prepare ingredients, cook basic items, and help serve and clean up after meals in line with daily menus.

The role emphasizes food safety, sanitation, and customer service as you interact with staff and guests. Prior food service and a HS diploma are preferred; training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certification required.
• Strong sanitation habits.
• Excellent customer service skills with staff and customers.
• Ability to recognize and report problems to management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, menus, and supervisor instructions.
• Take temperatures and maintain quantities while minimizing waste.
• Prepare and arrange food for serving with proper presentation.
• Serve orders quickly and assist customers.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and cleaning schedule.
• Assist with loading and unloading inventory as needed.
