Job summary

TWS ( Together We Succeed ) is hiring a Food Preparation/Dishwasher for our Northern California locations. You will prepare side dishes to accompany our chicken, follow safety procedures, and help keep the kitchen clean and organized.

The role supports peers with restocking, packing, and other tasks while maintaining a safe work area. Training new staff may be required as the team grows within our El Pollo Loco franchise network.

Qualifications

• CA Food Handler Certificate required.
• 18+ years of age or older.
• Must be able to read recipes in English or Spanish.
• Must have basic understanding of following a recipe.

Responsibilities

• Follow company food handling and safety procedures.
• Maintain kitchen clean and organized; prep and assist in dishwashing.
• Assist peers with restocking packed products and packaging.
• Support training of new Food Preparation personnel.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
