• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest focus while performing duties.
• Ensure cleanliness of dishware and kitchen tools.
• Load, run and unload dish machine; report problems to kitchen manager.
• Monitor wash cycle water temperature and chemicals.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
• Close kitchen properly and follow closing checklist.
• Attend all scheduled employee meetings and suggest improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
