Job summary

Warehouse BBQ in Youngsville, NC is seeking a part-time back-of-house teammate who loves prep, cleaning, and getting the job done behind the scenes.

You’ll remove feathers, trim briskets, pull smoked meats, debone poultry, prep vegetables, and help with mac and cheese while upholding food safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to follow instructions and hustle in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Committed to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ready to jump in wherever needed as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Remove feathers from raw chicken wings
• Peel membrane off ribs and trim briskets
• Pull smoked pork and chicken (no shortcuts—get it clean!)
• Debone smoked turkey and chop for service
• Peel & cut potatoes, onions, and peppers
• Sauté onions and peppers to smoky perfection
• Boil noodles for our famous smoked mac & cheese
• Wash dishes and keep prep stations clean and organized
• Follow a prep list, manage time, and maintain food safety standards
• Jump in wherever needed—this is a team sport!

This position is for someone who lives to prep, clean, cut, peel, and hustle hard behind the scenes.
