Sodexo Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team at Dalton Barracks in Abingdon. The role involves keeping the kitchen, utensils and equipment clean and hygienic, supporting chefs, and managing dishwashing and waste disposal.

Qualifications

• Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Previous experience is a plus, but not essential – full training provided!

Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen, utensils and equipment clean and hygienic.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic tasks when needed.
• Manage dishwashing and waste disposal efficiently.
• Keep stock of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
• Follow all food safety and health & safety regulations.
