We are currently seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our passionate kitchen brigade at Lime Wood.

About the role:

As Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficient setup and service of our busy kitchen.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure kitchen utensils, crockery, and equipment are clean and well-stocked.
• Mop floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces.
• Check machinery and kitchen equipment are clean and in good working order. Report any faults to the Head Chef.
• Empty bins and ensure materials are being recycled.
• Clean and polish glasses ready for service.
• Work 3 days a week, 8am-4pm, and must be flexible to work weekends.

About you:

Experience working in a kitchen as a Porter or similar role is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided.

Commitment and the ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment is a must. All applicants must be able to work on their feet throughout their shift.
