Shepherd Neame is looking for a part-time Kitchen Porter to join our team. If you enjoy hospitality but prefer working behind the scenes supporting your colleagues and contributing to the team's overall success, then this may be just the job for you.

Set in the picturesque coastal town of Deal, Kent, the Royal Hotel offers 18 luxurious bedrooms, several with balconies overlooking the sea. Guests can dine in the Quarterdeck restaurant or relax in the Boathouse bar, which has a terrace and garden area with sea views.

Great kitchen porters are key to a successful kitchen. In this role, you'll work as part of our friendly team to ensure a great and efficient dining experience for our customers.

If you lack previous experience, don't worry. As long as you're confident, committed, and a team player, we can train you and teach you everything else you need to know.
