Job Description

Plan, order, and organize merchandise. Train, coach, and direct all associates within the Kitchen Place Department. Perform production and customer service functions; maximize store sales and profits. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits of assigned Kitchen sections.
• Maintain proper inventory levels to maximize sales and profits.
• Price and display all merchandise.
• Merchandise all end caps, power wings, mission tables, vignettes, and cross merchandising within the assigned Kitchen section.
• Maintain signage, tags, and promotional materials.
• Update all planograms within the Kitchen section.
• Respond appropriately to customer or associate comments, complaints, requests, accidents, and questions.
• Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
• Use Magic System for managing merchandise ordering, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
• Coach and train associates in effective merchandising, customer service, and promotional activities.
• Implement company programs and adhere to safety and sanitation policies.
• Communicate effectively with employees and customers to create a positive environment.
• Maintain equipment and facilities safely and properly.
• Keep the floor, shelves, and Kitchen areas clean and sanitary.
• Execute the Marketplace Sales Plan fully.
• Stay updated on planogram revisions and communication.
• Supervise and coach direct reports, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications
