Chick-fil-A LaPlace is seeking a Kitchen Operations Specialist to support daily kitchen readiness and order fulfillment. You will receive and organize truck deliveries, prepare raw chicken, and perform deep-cleaning procedures in a fast-paced environment.

core hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with opportunities for additional hours and full-time roles as you grow with the team. This role emphasizes hands-on work, organization, and teamwork.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Available for the listed core morning schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat, 6:00 AM–11:00 AM.
• Ability to lift approximately 40 lbs consistently.
• Comfortable handling raw chicken and performing hands-on cleaning tasks.
• Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and attention to cleanliness and food safety.

As a Kitchen Operations Specialist, you will play an important role in preparing the kitchen for successful daily operations. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving and organizing truck deliveries, preparing raw chicken, and completing equipment boil-outs and cleaning procedures. This position has a consistent core schedule of Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Team Members interested in additional hours may have the opportunity to continue working in other areas of the restaurant after 11:00 AM, with full-time opportunities available. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays productive without constant direction, and takes pride in keeping an operation organized and ready for success.
