Chick-fil-A LaPlace is seeking a Kitchen Operations Specialist to support daily kitchen readiness and order fulfillment. You will receive and organize truck deliveries, prepare raw chicken, and perform deep-cleaning procedures in a fast-paced environment.

core hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with opportunities for additional hours and full-time roles as you grow with the team. This role emphasizes hands-on work, organization, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Available for the listed core morning schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat, 6:00 AM–11:00 AM.
• Ability to lift approximately 40 lbs consistently.
• Comfortable handling raw chicken and performing hands-on cleaning tasks.
• Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and attention to cleanliness and food safety.

Responsabilités

• Receive, unload, and organize truck deliveries.
• Prepare and organize raw chicken for daily kitchen operations.
• Stock and organize product to support kitchen readiness.
• Perform equipment boil-outs and required deep-cleaning procedures.
• Maintain clean, sanitary, and food-safe work areas.
• Follow proper food safety procedures when handling raw product.
• Work with urgency and attention to detail.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and complete tasks independently.
• Communicate and work effectively with the kitchen team.
• Support additional restaurant operations when working beyond the core morning shift.
