Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct daily operations, forecast sales, labor, and profit within budget.
• Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate unit staff.
• Maintain accounting records, daily reporting, and cash control; manage P&L.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain safe facilities, staff hygiene, and food handling standards.
• Represent the company professionally with clients and guests.
