Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in food service operations.
• Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month.
• Skills-based certification within the first 120 days.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain Parker's customer experience.
• Oversee inventory counts and cost of sales reporting.
• Control labor costs through smart scheduling.
• Enforce food safety and sanitation procedures and act as PIC.
• Lead and develop the team, communicate procedures and promotions.
