Job summary

Chartwells K-12 is hiring a part-time Kitchen Utility Lead in Jamaica Plain, MA (1125 Center Street). Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 am–3:00 pm. Pay rate: $18.00 per hour. Online applications accepted only.

Assist shift supervisors and department directors in day-to-day functions, maintain high quality, train and support team members, ensure daily schedules are assigned and completed.

Qualifications

• Prior prep experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Provide assignments and assistance to team members.
• Demonstrate proper use of PPE in all aspects of job performance.
• Relieve shift supervisor in times of absence.
• Adjust or cover schedules during short-staffing periods.
• Ensure team members maintain set standards via QA surveys.
• Monitor and report equipment issues or shortages.
• Conduct customer and patient surveys.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor or director.
• Interact with patients/customers appropriately considering age-based competencies.
