• Assist Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and staff rosters.
• Manage production across stations (Fry/Wok, Steamer, Baking, Soup, Rice Roll).
• Oversee quality, taste, freshness, and safety of menu items.
• Support training and scheduling of kitchen staff.
• Prepare ingredients for next-day service and coordinate with Head Chef.
