Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven leadership and ability to supervise kitchen staff.
• Experience with HACCP, food safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day kitchen operations to meet standards and safety regulations.
• Supervise production, staff scheduling, and training across stations.
• Maintain inventory, records, and FIFO storage practices.
• Coordinate meal prep and transportation to satellite buildings where applicable.
• Enforce compliance with HACCP, HHFKA, and CACFP requirements.
