CloudKitchens in Los Angeles is seeking a Kitchen Operations Associate to maintain food quality, flow and safety in a fast-paced pilot kitchen. You’ll work with robotic systems, manage inventory, and ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in kitchen or restaurant roles, comfort with a team, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Roles include full-time and part-time options with competitive benefits.

• Retherm and prepare food items according to quality and food safety standards.

• Monitor kitchen workflow and assist with minor troubleshooting when operational intervention is needed.
• Support inventory management, including tracking levels, restocking, and communicating low-stock items.
• Complete daily operational, inventory, and food safety checklists accurately and on time.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including dishwashing and station upkeep.
• Remain responsive via Slack for real-time updates and process adjustments.

About The Role

The Kitchen Operations Associate supports daily execution within a fast-paced kitchen pilot environment. This role is responsible for maintaining food quality, service flow, inventory accuracy, cleanliness, and operational readiness. The position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth production, accurate order fulfillment, and consistent execution as processes evolve. You will operate alongside our robotic systems, ensuring all components are staged and orders are expedited to meet our rigorous standards.

The base starting rate for this role is $22.00 - $24.00 per hour (Full-time and Part-time positions available)

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
