The Highlights of a Successful Kitchen Manager:

• A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better!
• Knowledge of service and food and beverage industry, generally involving at least 3 years of FOH and BOH operations.
• Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role.
• Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations; train and obtain an effective skill in FOH and BOH line positions.
• An upward trajectory career path and responsibility with a proven passion in hospitality.
• A solid leader that values and respects all employees while earning their respect.
• Clear communication skills both verbally and in writing.
