Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Chef/Cook to join our kitchen team, preparing a wide range of dishes with attention to freshness, presentation, and safety. You will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating prep, cooking, and final plating while adhering to health regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook.
  • Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment.
  • Knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques.
  • Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.
  • Familiarity with sanitation regulations and have Food Handlers Card.
  • Taking charge of kitchen opening, closing and other side duties as directed.
  • Time Management Skills: Attention to detail.
  • The ability to work under extreme pressure.
  • The ability to communicate in a fast-moving environment.
  • The ability to take direction and work independently with those directions.
