City Union Mission in Missouri seeks a Food Service Manager to oversee meals for shelter guests and ensure nutritious, attractive servings while maintaining health standards. You will supervise staff and volunteers, follow weekly menus, and help prepare sack lunches.

The role requires a strong commitment to Christian ministry, a year of sobriety, and the ability to work both morning and afternoon shifts (6am-2pm and 10:30am-6:30pm).

Formación

• Have or obtain a Manager's level Food Safety certification within 90 days.
• Highest hygiene standards and knowledge of Health Department rules.
• Born-again Christian able to share the Gospel when opportunities arise.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Health Department cleanliness standards in kitchens at all times.
• Follow posted weekly Kitchen Menus.
• Help prepare sack lunches daily.
• Supervise cleanup by shelter guests and volunteers.
• May work a holiday as needed by the Food Service Administrator.
• Track meal counts and record food donations.
