Job summary

Cinergy Entertainment is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead kitchen operations, uphold quality, coach team members and drive guest satisfaction at our Midland center. You will collaborate with the general manager to implement a strong business plan, monitor quality, safety, and cost controls, and foster a positive, energetic work environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years kitchen experience in a managerial role.
• Passionate about the hospitality industry and focused on creating amazing guest experiences.
• High level of business acumen and common sense.
• Computer knowledge (Excel, Windows, POS, etc.)
• Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Bi-lingual is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Work with the General Manager and management team to develop, implement, and manage a business plan for the center
• Act as change agents by suggesting improvements, and collaborating with others to generate ideas and improve processes
• Build exceptional teams through recruiting, hiring, coaching, training and continued development
• Hold themselves and others accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results and developing long term strategies to competitively position the company
