Job summary

Cinergy Entertainment Group, Inc. seeks a Kitchen Manager to lead kitchen operations and develop staff, setting high standards for quality and guest experiences.

You will collaborate with the management team to build a business plan, recruit, train, and coach team members while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years kitchen experience in a managerial role.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Bi-lingual is a plus, but not required.

All managers:

• Work with the General Manager and management team to develop, implement, and manage a business plan for the center
• Act as change agents by suggesting improvements, and collaborating with others to generate ideas and improve processes

• Hold themselves and others accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results and developing long term strategies to competitively position the company

Requirements

The ideal candidate must possess:

• 1-2 years kitchen experience in a managerial role
• Passionate about the hospitality industry and focused on creating amazing guest experiences
• High level of business acumen and common sense
• Computer knowledge (Excel, Windows, POS, etc.)
• Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Bi-lingual is a plus, but not required

Ability to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently to provide clear Guest service, follow safety procedures, and perform job responsibilities.
