Tigg's Canteen Services is hiring a Permanent Full-Time Kitchen Manager for St. Joseph County Jail in Centreville, MI. The role leads daily kitchen operations, oversees meal preparation, and ensures duties are completed safely and efficiently.

Requirements include a high school diploma, willingness to work weekends/holidays, ability to obtain facility clearance, and readiness to train the right candidate. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with benefits including health, dental and vision coverage,
