Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux is seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager to oversee the food production side of our Baton Rouge location. The role focuses on keeping scratch-made dishes of Louisiana-inspired cuisine at peak quality while leading a culinary team in a fast-paced, gameday atmosphere.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership, food safety knowledge, and a proven ability to manage kitchen operations, drive efficiency, and uphold Walk-On's high standards of service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen management experience in full-service restaurants, preferably high-volume.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality, scratch-made food.
• Develop and maintain systems for efficient food production.
• Train kitchen staff on culinary skills, safety, and procedures.
