Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations, oversee line execution, and drive team performance. You will ensure consistency, food safety, and guest satisfaction through hands-on supervision and training.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of restaurant or kitchen management experience and a solid understanding of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling. We value leaders who develop teams and maintain positive energy.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Heart-of-House (HOH) management and provide direction and supervision for HOH team members.
• Oversee the execution and performance of the HOH to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Create legendary experiences for guests through effective kitchen leadership.
