The role focuses on directing HOH execution, maintaining safety standards, and driving team development. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of restaurant management experience, strong knowledge of health codes and food safety, and a passion for training teams.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures.
• Ability to train and develop team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Heart-of-House (HOH) operations and HOH team.
• Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members.
