Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of kitchen leadership or restaurant management.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure quality and consistency.
• Train, coach and develop BOH team members; ensure food safety and sanitation.
• Manage inventory and food costs; maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment.
• Partner with restaurant leadership to deliver a great guest experience each shift.
