Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations, ensuring quality, safety, and performance across the kitchen and HOH team.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Heart-of-House (HOH) kitchen operations and oversee execution and performance of HOH.
• Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
