Job summary

HomeGrown in Alexandria, VA is hiring a Kitchen Manager to lead day-to-day kitchen operations for a new restaurant opening. You will recruit, train, and supervise the kitchen team, partner with the Hospitality Manager and General Manager, and ensure timely, safe, and high-quality food service from 6:30am to 2:30pm.

The role requires a High School Diploma and prior kitchen management experience in casual dining, strong decision-making, team leadership, and knowledge of food safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Previous kitchen management in casual dining preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and delegate tasks.

Responsibilities
