Bricktown Brewery in Enid, OK is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team, ensure quality and timely food preparation, and maintain a sanitized work environment. Reports to the General Manager.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years restaurant experience with 1+ year in kitchen management, and must be 21+. The role includes scheduling, cost control, and ensuring compliance with health codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years restaurant experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year restaurant management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership for all kitchen team members.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate, and coach kitchen staff.
• Roll out menu changes in partnership with Culinary department.
• Conduct daily food audits for flavor, appearance, consistency and temperature.
• Schedule staff based on forecasts and budget; delegate duties daily.
• Control food costs through purchasing specs, inventory and waste control.
