Frickers is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will coach, train, schedule, and develop staff while maintaining profitability and a safe, welcoming environment.

Formación

• Minimum two years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast-casual settings.
• Steady employment with at least 2 professional references.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive sales and ensure a safe, sanitary environment according to standards.
• Recruit, train, schedule, coach and manage staff performance.
• Control costs through labor and food management.
• Support staffing objectives with effective selection and training.
