Job summary

Tc4 & Co Hospitality in Austin, TX seeks a Kitchen Manager to supervise daily back-of-house operations across Tony C's Coal Fired Pizza and Tony C's Beer Garden. You will lead food prep, inventory, safety standards, and scheduling to ensure high-quality plates and a Notably Hospitable dining experience.

Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required while you mentor staff, manage cost reporting, and contribute to leadership development programs and staff outings.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager or Head Chef.

Responsibilities

• Supervise food prep and cooking.
• Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders.
• Check food plating and temperature.
• Establish portion sizes.
• Schedule kitchen team shifts.
• Order food supplies and kitchen equipment as needed.
• Train kitchen staff on prep work and plating techniques.
• Store food products in compliance with safety practices.
• Keep weekly and monthly cost reports.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area.
