Qualifications

• High school diploma, or the equivalent.
• Serv-Safe Certification preferred.
• Solid computer literacy skills.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to stand for long periods and be exposed to hot cooking elements.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back-of-house and kitchen operations.
• Purchase food and supplies for the kitchen.
• Train staff on food prep and kitchen safety.
• Ensure foods are cooked and presented properly and on time.
• Maintain sanitary standards in the kitchen area.
• Communicate cooking methods and standards to staff.
• Resolve conflicts with customers and employees efficiently.
