Job summary

nextgen-hospitality-solutions is seeking a Kitchen Manager for a scratch-kitchen environment. You will build and coach a high-performing Back-of-House team, uphold food quality, and foster a culture of accountability, respect, and integrity.

You will lead daily kitchen operations, drive guest satisfaction, and mentor future leaders through hands-on leadership. A strong emphasis on safety, cost control, and continuous improvement is required to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or comparable culinary leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Experience leading a scratch kitchen environment strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing culinary teams.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, inventory management, and food cost controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
