Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of the kitchen and food service program.
Prepare food and work alongside the kitchen team during busy shifts.
Train, coach, and support kitchen team members.
Ensure food is prepared safely, consistently, and according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety throughout the kitchen.
Manage food inventory, ordering, and product rotation.
Assist with scheduling and staffing needs for the kitchen.
Complete kitchen paperwork, temperature logs, and other required documentation.
Work with store leadership to provide an outstanding customer experience.
