• 3-5 years' experience managing a busy kitchen.
• Experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant (not fast food).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of a kitchen.

• Create schedules and maintain health and safety standards.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and consistency across dishes.
