You will train staff, manage labor, and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines while delivering scratch-made dishes and a top-tier guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen management experience in full-service restaurants, preferably high-volume.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team and manage food production.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure high-quality, scratch-made food.
• Follow policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and training.
• Ensure consistent prep, portioning, cooking and serving according to recipes.
• Develop and maintain efficient food production systems for quality and speed.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
• Conduct high-level training for kitchen staff on culinary skills and procedures.
• Prepare required paperwork in an organized and timely manner.
• Ensure equipment is clean and maintained; supervise receiving and deliveries.
• Manage labor to meet business activity and staffing needs.
• Collaborate with the EKD to align kitchen goals with restaurant targets.
